Smart Start, North Carolina’s early education initiative dedicated to improving the quality of early care and education in the state, launched a new, interactive website last week. Its "Hold The Line" campaign and the centerpiece video featuring former North Carolina Gov. Jim Hunt and American Idol finalist Anoop Desai made Smart Start’s channel one of the top 10 most viewed nonprofit channels on YouTube.
